Elementary Workouts:
1. 100 exercises! 10 seconds running in place 10 hops on left foot 10 hops on right foot 10 squats 10 jumping jacks 10 big arm circles 10 big jumps 10 high knees 10 crunches 10 ski jumps |
2. Freeze workout! Play music. Run while the music is playing. Every minute or so pause the music. When the music is paused do a fitness exercise (you can look at 100 exercises for ideas). |
