This website is to help students, or anyone really, to keep moving and staying healthy. There are fitness workouts from class for anyone and everyone to learn. The students have a fitness warm up everyday they do when they come into class. Look for the work outs that fit your age and ability. In the "Be Healthy!" tab, it has articles for people to read. Also, if students missed a day they can make it up to get their 5 points back.
